General terms and conditions
All services provided by "Fluxi.at" are subject to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are concluded between "Fluxi.at" (hereinafter referred to as "AN") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "AG").
- 1. Scope of services of "Fluxi.at" "Fluxi.at" acts as a booking website for the services offered on the website. Thus, the "AN" is free to pass on the order to verified and professional car rental companies.

- - Adhering to the scheduled pick-up time. In case of non-compliance resulting in delayed arrival at the desired location of the "Customer," the "Service Provider" assumes no liability.

- - Refraining from smoking inside the vehicle
- - Ensuring that no luggage is left behind in the vehicle upon arrival and checking for any damages, etc. Claims made later cannot be honored by the "Service Provider."

The rental car companies used are checked by "AN". These companies act as independent contractors and are solely responsible for the services provided. Imprint.
The order for a ride can be placed by online order form, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram Messenger, Facebook Messenger or by calling the telephone number of "AN". The consent to these terms and conditions constitutes the placing of an order and is binding, provided that no cancellation is made by the "AG" (see clause 6). The order is placed in the form of a confirmation email to the email address provided by the "AG".
The "AN" is obliged to carry out the order properly. Proper execution means punctual arrival, loading of luggage, and driving to the desired destination of the "AG" in compliance with local traffic regulations.
The obligations and responsibilities of the "Service Provider" are comprised of the following: - Ensuring the accuracy of all data entered during the order process (name, address, flight date, flight number, number of bags, etc.). The "Service Provider" is obliged to inform the "Customer" immediately of any changes to the data already provided.
Payment is due directly in the vehicle upon completion of the service. Payment methods accepted include cash and all major credit and debit cards. If the "Customer" refuses to pay after the completed trip, they will receive an invoice including a default surcharge via email and postal address. This, along with the trip itself, is binding and non-compliance with the 14-day payment deadline may result in insolvency proceedings.
The prices stated during the ordering process on "Fluxi.at" are to be understood as fixed prices. The "Service Provider" reserves the right to charge a service fee of EUR 5.00 in addition to the fare when paying by credit card. In the event of extreme vehicle soiling or damages caused by the "Customer," the "Service Provider" reserves the right to charge additional fees. The cost of cleaning in case of extreme soiling is a flat rate of EUR 50.00. The price for damages will only be disclosed after obtaining an offer from a suitable professional.
Cancellations received by the "Service Provider" no later than 5 hours prior to departure will not incur any charges. Cancellations received within this time frame will be charged 50% of the agreed fare. The invoice will be sent to the "Customer" via email and postal address. This, along with the trip itself, is binding and non-compliance with the 14-day payment deadline may result in insolvency proceedings.
Data entered by the "Customer" during the order process is stored on the server of "Fluxi.at." The server is standardly secured by the server provider, where the "Service Provider" is registered as a customer. In addition, the "Service Provider" uses an SSL/TLS certificate to encrypt data. The combination of these security measures corresponds to an above-standard level of security. In the event of cyberattacks, the "Service Provider" is to be held harmless. Personal data is not disclosed by the "Service Provider." However, the "Service Provider" reserves the right to disclose the data to commissioned car rental companies to enable the execution of the order.
The tablet is provided to the "Customer" for use during the trip. Taking the tablet with them after the trip is strictly prohibited and considered theft. In such a case, the "Service Provider" reserves the right to file a complaint. When visiting websites with prohibited content, the driver of the vehicle reserves the right to prohibit the use of the tablet during the trip after a warning.
If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, the effectiveness of the remaining conditions shall remain unaffected. If a situation is not described in the conditions, local legal regulations shall apply. Unless otherwise agreed, the place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
